no problem - you can still do yoga.  

Yoga postures are there to help you maintain and improve strength and flexibility in a balanced way.  

We can be very strong but have little flexibility and equally we may be very flexible with little strength.


Yoga postures can help readdress this balance.  

Postures can be modified to suit the flexible and inflexible.
