join Elaine for a term of Zoom yoga -

These are small classes (no more than 8 students) - where you will receive individual attention to ensure your safety and develop your practice.

Elaine will regularly check in with you throughout the class to check you are okay. And offers options to accommodate all levels of mobility, including chair and standing options.

A recording of the session will be available to you - you will only see an image of Elaine (your image will not appear on the recording) and during the session you will be muted, so only Elaine's voice will be heard.

Elaine encourages students to ask questions, where she will pause the recording so your question/voice will only be heard by live students and not feature on the recording.

" The Zoom yoga classes are so much more enjoyable and powerful than i expected.  In fact, in some ways, I find them more powerful than when we meet, maybe because I am able to put 100% into the practice - physically, mentally and from the heart - it is much more of a meditative practice."

Helena, Frome
