What to expect

yoga teacher, Elaine Marie Ewens will guide you through a series of postures, plus breathing, sound and visualisation practices. By individual attention she will aim to ensure you stretch and strengthen yourself in a safe and healthy way.

a different theme is explored each term – for example balance or happiness - creating a light hearted but insightful entry into the world of yoga and yourself.

the style of yoga is in the Krishnamacharya/Desikachar tradition where the practise is modified to fit the individual.

The breath is key, intending to create a serene, meditative state in the practitioner. For more information: Yoga Approach

no prior experience of yoga is needed; beginners are really welcome. All are welcome, regardless of gender  and the classes are suitable for most abilities and ages.

New students can start mid term,

Returning students need to book for the full term -

go to FAQs or contact Elaine for more info.

"I want to tell you that I really look forward to your online yoga classes every week and feel better for them.

It's easier than going out to go to yoga!

We are very lucky that  you come into our homes every week to give your expertise,

so thank you very much"

Jilly Brockway, Frome

" The Zoom yoga classes are so much more enjoyable and powerful than i expected.  In fact, in some ways, I find them more powerful than when we meet, maybe because I am able to put 100% into the practice - physically, mentally and from the heart - it is much more of a meditative practice."

Helena, Frome

"I love being in your class.

By the end I feel awash with

relaxation & happy hormones."

"The key to opening is trust and love."

"It is important to honour our vulnerability and recognize that we each need a trusting situation in which to work with the deepest feelings that arise within us...

We can melt our difficulties with love. We can't batter them down, but we can dissolve them."

- Jack Kornfield
